The Basic Program is for people who want to know more about the HeartSync Ministry Modality before receiving ministry, as well as individuals who have decided to begin training in the modality.

The Basic Program includes

• Two-hour meetings for eight weeks (live online)
• Each week has an additional 90 minutes of video homework (available as soon as registration is complete) 

The live portion is taught by an Area Leader with guest appearances by Bsp. Andrew Miller. 

We break down the basic principles of HeartSync  Ministry and provide opportunities to experience them. 

After you have attended all eight weeks, the expectation of the program is that you are able to "HeartSync yourself" and/or receive ministry at a deeper level because you understand more of the process.

After completing the program, if you are interested in going deeper, here are the opportunities you can look into:

• Receive HeartSync Ministry regularly
• Attend Mentoring series (we recommend following up with a Level 1 Mentoring Series)
• Intercede for Qualified and Certified HeartSync Ministers
• Apply for the Qualification Program (after completing a few additional requirements outlined in the next Tier).  

The Qualification Process is for individuals who have received HeartSync Ministry and want to learn how to facilitate in the HeartSync Ministry Modality for use in their ministry or practice and meet the following pre-requisites: 

• Completed the Basic Program
• Received personal HeartSync Sessions to the point that you are comfortable connecting with your core parts, and working towards core synchronization. Meaning that all of your core parts are in relationship with each other and Jesus.

• Actively participated in a HeartSync Level 1 Mentoring series

  • or prior to 2024, a Basic Mentoring 

The Qualification Process includes

• Application to become an Intern
• Completion of Requirements
• Application for Approval

The intern fee includes: 

• An intake interview with the Director of Training and review of the intern's application: 
  • A series of questions including a personal healing journey for the intern to complete
  • A HeartSync Minister reference 
  • A pastoral reference
  • A background check
  • Release forms
• 12 monthly intern meetings with Bsp. Andrew (2 hours live online at varying times) 
• Access to the Program Intern Membership
  • Intermediate Seminar Videos
  • Intermediate Manual
  • Qualification Demonstration Bank
  • Bonus videos and content
• Periodic check-ins with the Director of Training

The additional requirements for Qualification (not included in the intern fee) are:

• 2 HeartSync Level 2 Mentoring Series ($150 per series)
• 1 Specialized Mentoring series ($150-495 depending on the series)
• Intercede a minimum of 10 hours for a Qualified or Certified HeartSync Minister (no cost)
• Complete 7 Practicums ($75-250 depending on the Practicum Leader and if you have a intern partner)
• Once approved, facilitate 30 hours of HeartSync Ministry with an intercessor present (no cost)

The application for approval fee includes:

• Meeting with the Director of Training to verify above requirements are met
• Administration of the final Written Exam
• 2 Final Approval Practicums (one receiving, one facilitating)

Successful completion of the Qualification Program allows one to market themselves as a Qualified HeartSync Minister and facilitate HeartSync Ministry sessions in their ministry or practice.

*Please note the intern fee only includes the intial application fee and a year of teachings with Bsp. Andrew. It does not include the cost of the additional requirements or or application for approval fee. 

Qualified HeartSync Ministers are eligible to apply for the Certification Program.

The application process consists of: 

• A series of questions including a personal healing journey for the intern to complete
• A HeartSync Minister reference 
• A pastoral reference
• A background check
• Release forms

The Certification Program meets for eleven months and requires a minimum of five hours per week commitment:

• Two-hour weekly meeting (includes Certification Mentoring, Complex Mentoring, group leading for the Qualification interns, and times of teaching and Q&A)
• Facilitate a HeartSync Ministry session for two hours each week
• Participate in a two-hour practicum each month
• Video homework (accessible as soon as registration is complete)
• Written exam
• In-person final approval Practicum with Bsp. Andrew Miller to be scheduled after passing the written exam (travel expenses not included in the cost of the program) 

Certified HeartSync Ministers have the potential to work with recipients who are more complexly desychronized. Any Certified HeartSync Minster who wants to go further, can contact us to discuss being a Practicum Leader, HeartSync Coach, or hosting a local in-person Mentoring Series.

If Bsp. Andrew has witnessed continual growth in personal development, the gift of teaching, and dedication to maintaining the purity of the HeartSync Ministry Modality, he may invite a Certified HeartSync Minister to become an Area Leader.
