Fall Tallahassee Mentoring Group
The Tallahassee Mentoring Group will schedule 4 ten-week mentoring sessions during the year to better serve our growing community. Mentoring typically consists of 20-30 minutes of teaching followed by an hour or so of practice in small groups supervised by an experienced facilitator. This practice is a space where people can step out and try facilitating, some receive and others intercede. The last 20-30 minutes are used to debrief what happened in the small groups.
