Spring Tallahassee Basic Mentoring
The Tallahassee Mentoring Group is an eight-week mentoring series. Mentoring typically consists of 20-30 minutes of teaching followed by an hour or so of practice in small groups supervised by an experienced facilitator. This practice is a space where people can step out and try facilitating, some receive and others intercede. The last 20-30 minutes are used to debrief what happened in the small groups. July Qualification Program
Our Qualification Program is a 4 month program that requires a time commitment of 4 hours per week. 2 hours live on Thursdays at 12:30-2:30 pm ET, then on alternating weeks 2 hours of video homework or 2 hours of live practicum. Participation in this program does not guarantee Qualification.
