Mentoring is a very important part of training to give and receive HeartSync Ministry as we believe in experiential learning. This mentoring series is a Zoom-based, interactive group experience for those who have been through a HeartSync Basic Program*, and will meet for 8 weeks to experience HeartSync Ministry through demonstration by our participants seeing HeartSync leaders giving live ministry sessions, through being given the opportunity to receive live ministry from each other, and learning to give HeartSync Ministry by having instant support from break out group leaders that are right there with you to help and give feedback. Weekly HeartSync teaching will be given to build on what you have learned in the Basic Series, and time for feedback, question and answers, and direct group support is given.

Rough Schedule:

• Week 1: Introductions, orientation and expectations and divine encounter
• Week 2: live demonstration of HeartSync
• Week 3-7: Large Group teaching, small group mentoring practice and debrief
• Week 8: Large group questions, debrief

Expectations:

• Every mentoring group will have a qualified HeartSync facilitator whose role is to help keep everyone safe, answer questions, and help everyone learn HeartSync ministry.
• Every participant will have the opportunity to receive, intercede, and facilitate if so desired.
• Confidentiality is expected of everyone who takes part regarding everything others say.
• We will keep attendance and report attendance to HeartSync ministries for inclusion toward Qualification or Certification requirements.
