HeartSync Basic Seminar – Schwabisch Hall, Germany

How can a broken heart get well? How can newly blocked, burdened parts of the personality be reconnected with God? How do emotions and minds come together to love Jesus holistically? In these questions, the HeartSync model provides approaches to receive healing, reconciliation, and release in the encounter with Jesus.

With “HeartSync”, Father Andrew Miller (USA) has developed a model of inner healing based on the biblical image of man, which unites elements from various pastoral and therapeutic directions.

Injured and repressed parts of the heart are consciously perceived, the conflicts are listened to and taken seriously. Hearts are lovingly re-related to God. As a result, those seeking help experience reconciliation with themselves and a new depth in their relationship with God. Andrew Miller calls this process “heart synchronization” (“HeartSync”).

One of the strengths of HeartSync is that the pastor does not seek specific problems or provide ready-made solutions, but above all acts as a moderator and supporter. This gives freedom for an individual healing process and thus takes pressure from the person seeking help. HeartSync can be used as a stand-alone concept, but is most effective as a complement to other approaches. For people with deep pastoral concerns, HeartSync has proven itself as well as Christians who want to intensify their relationship with God.

At the basic seminar, we will familiarize ourselves with the theoretical foundations of HeartSync and experience HeartSync in action in live demonstrations.This seminar is taught by the European team Anna-Lisa Oggenfuss, Dr. Med. Karin Rau, Ilona Ingold, Manfred Schmidt and Team.

Note: The basic seminar is the first component of HeartSync training. Only after participation in the basic and advanced training seminar and a successful completion of the HeartSync workshop is it possible to offer and use HeartSync as a pastor or therapist.
